About the event

Our host, Dr. Yolanda Mangrum, DDS of Allume Med Spa and Petaluma Dental Group will kick off this special retreat at the Luminary Education Center. As the founder of the Get Your Wellness On movement, Dr. Mangrum will share her vision of community wellness and explain how we can inspire others through our own actions creating a ripple effect of wellness. As a wellness coach, she supports transformation through implementing small goals to create lasting results.

In this one day retreat you will experience the Four Pillars of Get Your Wellness On from a dynamic community of Wellness Providers: Move, Eat Wisely, Connect, and Mindset. Through the implementation of these Four Pillars, many studies show that people live longer, healthier lives.
