Join Dr. Lara Rice, DDS as she takes off the lab coat and puts on the the gym clothes to instruct us in a High Low Fitness Class.
This is a free introductory class. For future classess it is $10 for drop in or $65 for ten classes.
About Dr. Rice:
Lara is not only a dentist at Petaluma Dental Group but she is also High Fitness Instructor. She started taking high fitness classes 2 years ago and she was hooked. Growing up in Argentina, Lara started dancing at the age of 4 and has performed on theater up until moving to California at the age of 16. So once she found this format she new she had found her new work out home!
About High Low Fitness:
High Low Fitness is a lower impact workout, HIGH Low offers impact progressions for every move that creates a steady state cardio workout tailored to the individual, by the individual. Highly adaptable to all fitness levels, this challenging format focuses on the steady state (or aerobic) training zone - the heart rate remains in a manageable yet constant and challenging, aerobic state for the majority of the class. Lower impact lends to less joint discomfort while still yielding those important mental health benefits and improving overall fitness and cardiovascular health. Consistent with the HIGH brand, are the elements of fun, fabulous music, and a community-based inclusive environment!

HIGH Fitness brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way, and participants are loving this group fitness revival. HIGH took Old School Aerobics and transformed it into a modern, heart pounding, fun, and effective workout. Cardio and toning meet leg warmers with a side of air guitar. Consistency and simplicity are key to the HIGH Fitness brand.
Classes are fun, easy to follow, and choreographed to set you up for success. Whether you're going HIGH or Low, classes are designed to get you moving, keep you motivated, and help you work off the emotional weight.
